During high Seasons we only rent for 1 week stays from Saturday to Saturday.  We try to be flexaible for our guests but typically those dates are May 15th through September 15th and December 10th through January 7th. Deer Lake Resort  Rates for 12/1/2013 to 11/30/2014

Weekend:: (3 nights off season), $3,750.00

Week: (7 nights all year), $6,950.00

Nightly: (after weekend), $1,155.00

For groups of 21 or more add $20.00 to the base rate per person per night.

Rates apply to those over 2 years of age. A non refundable deposit of $500.00 is due upon reservation. Eight months prior to your stay fifty percent of the total is due and is then nonrefundable. The balance is then due 120 days prior to your stay. There is no refund for cancellations with less than 90 days notice. Snowmobile trips are only refunded if trails are officially closed  less a $ 500.00 fee.  A 100% refund will be given in all cases where we are able to rent the time you had reserved and cancelled - our intention is NOT to keep you deposit.  Our Resort attracts only large groups that typically plan trips one year in advance and rarely do we get qualified renters with less than 6 months notice.
